High Performance Cricket was established in 2009 and currently consists of HPC Chigwell, HPC Coaching and HPC Active.
HPC Chigwell Indoor Cricket Centre
HPC Chigwell is our brand new, state of the art indoor cricket centre. Located conveniently between London and Essex, we have four brand new cricket nets with bespoke training surfaces.
The centre has been built with specifically chosen materials which we have researched and tested for 5 years. High quality cameras have been installed in each lane to give you the option of having session playback analysis and you can hire adult or kids’ bowling machines.

HPC Coaching
HPC Coaching offers high quality, one to one and group coaching sessions across London and Essex. Our coaching sessions include player analysis, customised player training plans, masterclasses and holiday camps.
All our coaches are ECB qualified and have excelled at playing at a national and international level, which we believe is key to taking players to the next level. Our aim is to develop cricketers to compete and excel at the highest national and international standard.
As a coaching unit we are different because we try to fix problems for players quickly so that they don’t need to keep coming back for sessions.

HPC Active
HPC Active is our latest clothing and equipment line. We are one stop shop for all your cricketing needs, for individuals and clubs. A limited selection of bats and t-shirts are available on our online store and at HPC Chigwell. We also have a bat repair service for bats of any brand.

We welcome applications from ECB Level 1 and 2 (or above) cricket coaches who preferably have some experience of working in schools. It is also essential that they have played the game to a reasonable standard.
HPC is committed to the safeguarding of young people and as such all successful applicants will be expected to either hold or undergo an Enhanced DBS Check, as well as a First Aid certificate/course.
We welcome applications from ECB Level 1 and 2 (or above) cricket coaches who preferably have some experience of working in schools. It is also essential that they have played the game to a reasonable standard.
